this was a bad episode. too much focus on the guests personal sleep issues because of the baby and really annoying tone. bad podcast.
First off, her Instagram is full of over the top, overly acting reels to get attention. She is in a thin privileged white able body trying to tell the binge eating recovery space to “just let yourself eat the foods”. Let yourself eat the peanut butter and the cake and cookies because “you’re going to binge anyway”. That’s basically the moral of her content.
