I love listening to this podcast on my work commute. The content is so relatable and down-to-earth. I’m a food scientist and work in food manufacturing, so I see behind the scenes of diety branding, but I still need to navigate diet culture as a consumer. I like the conversational episode format and smile at some of the random side topics. It’s been enjoyable listening to the recent expert interviews on niche health topics with nutrition spins. Thank you, Colleen!
This is an overall great podcast and I ❤️ how upbeat Colleen is. as a type A personality 13yo, I have had some struggles with food that I have almost fully overcome now by discovering Intuitive Eating. I would ❤️ if you did an episode covering what to do on "ick" days when literally every food sounds nauseating/disgusting.
Merci merci merci merci merci !
As someone who has been trying to transition into Intuitive Eating for a long time, it was so refreshing to hear it’s not as simple as social media makes it seem. What a relief! I also really loved the ADHD episode. I’ve been working on addressing dopamine increase instead of being mad at myself for eating for stimulation. Thank you Colleen!
Thank you so much for answering my question. I love your podcast. It’s EXTREMELY HELPFUL! . There’s so much that I’m learning from this channel. Please continue to do what you do!
