  • Just what I needed!

    This was such a wholesome listen, and I was delighted and fascinated to learn about the soap making process. I would say that Dallas is like the Bob Ross of soap; their voice was so gentle and soothing, their encouragement so genuine! When he asked that anyone following along, making soap, share their results with him—it really made me want to try making soap! (I haven’t had the time or ingredients yet, but it’s now on my list of crafts to-try.) I also found the bonus poetry episodes were just a... more

  • Okay, so I've secretly been fascinated by soapmaking for a long time, and I would do it if logistically speaking that was a thing that I could do in my current living situation. (I have two furry cat-shaped balls of chaos that veto this interest). But for now, there's The Soap Opera, a DIY podcast that not only satisfies this urge but is also incredibly soothing.
