  • Truth Be Told

When you are inept at running a MLB franchise why shouldn't the tone of this podcast reflect the negative spirit of most loyal Twins fans. Judd is great and he refuses to sugar coat (see Doogie) his opinions about Twins owners and upper management. Oh and I keep hearing about how bad Joe Pohlad is in front of a microphone but he can write better. Eh, not for nothing but check Joe's letter to Twins fans after the trade deadline. I am sure chat GPT was used or some form of AI. Yea Joe even so... more

  • Excellent Show for Twins Fans

This is a well-balanced show for people who both love the Twins and don’t take sports too seriously. The crew gives honest assessments on the team without being insufferably negative. Plus, all the hosts are knowledgeable, so you don’t get obviously dumb takes frequently, except for the golden at-bat rule (jk, kinda). Trevor Plouffe Tuesdays has also been a great addition.

Finally, for Twins fans who have been following them for a while, Random Twin of the Week is as fun to play along at home as... more

Royce Lewis’ new swing has the Minnesota Twins intrigued?
Q: Is Kalin Culpepper a Minnesota Twin, and what are the odds of him arriving in the majors this season?
The panel suggests a real but not guaranteed chance—roughly around 40%—with ongoing evaluation and a likelihood of further development in the minors before a potential call-up.
Minnesota Twins manager Derek Shelton joins the show
Q: How do you perceive the gap between AAA and the Bigs?
Shelton believes that the gap between AAA and Major League Baseball is currently the largest it's ever been due to the velocity difference and the speed of the game.

Q: What attracted you to wanting to manage this team specifically?
Shelton was drawn to the Minnesota Twins because he had prior experience with the community and saw the talent within the organization.
Minnesota Twins 2026 season preview with Royce Lewis
