A great detailed conversation and insight to an increasing area of concern .The issue of race and in many cases the avoidance of addressing this is a common theme in Safeguarding Adult Reviews as well. So much so it is part of the quality marker check list for reviews .
This podcast is always informative and thought provoking. Donna creates a space to challenge, consider and question practice - and learn from good practice. This is a must-listen for anyone in the world of reviews and safeguarding. I look forward to hearing more of season 2.
I like the mix of solo and guest episodes.
