I feel this show is what I needed. A real world dose of what to do to help yourself.
I like that the hosts seems to like and dislike each other at the same time. Plus you get some great advice! It's a health show without being a health show. Does that make any sense? 5 stars guys.
I started listening because I dig SDR. Really didn't think I would like it. But now I am following Ralph's lead, and started running! and I listen to this show when I do!
I live in NYC and can't wait to visit the store when it opens!
