I’ve listened to several Columbo podcasts. The Columbo File (Ludic Lounge duo), and the gents from Scotland in The Columbo Podcast are two that are super entertaining and informative. I learned a lot. Those folks love the series and it is apparent. As they review each episode, they bring humour, reverence, and analysis to their discussions. Both podcasts show that, one can love Columbo, while being critical of some lesser quality aspects of certain episodes.

Listened to the “Try and Catch Me” episode. Not recommended. It’s not for me. I love Columbo, and usually I love the podcasts about the show. But, I don’t need to listen to two know-it-alls pick it apart with their negative “feelings” and whine about how they would have done it better. No Columbo background information provided, not much research or insight into the show revealed, nothing that advances my experience with the show.
