From Shutdown to $4.75M: The Fix That Changed Everything
Q: What would you say to the technician out there who is resistant to making changes and doing the things they hear on the Windshield Time podcast?
I would say you don't have anything to lose to try it. We will try things that aren't electric and, like, okay. If somebody has an idea to try to do something a little bit better, all right, we'll either run both things in parallel, or we'll say, okay, we're going to change it, we're going to do it like this for two weeks, and we're going to see how successful it was.
