This podcast is such a breath of fresh air for moms navigating sensory challenges. I love the nervous system-first approach it’s practical, and empowering. A must-listen for any mom wanting to parent with more confidence and connection!
Every mom with sensory sensitive kids needs this podcast in their lives. Victoria brings calm and confidence into an area of life that for years brought shame, embarrasment, stress, worry, and sickness. The stress of raising a child with sensory sensitivity due to PTSD was overwhelming and isolating and because of that I now stuggle with autoimmune and other stress-induced chronic illness. I wish I had a resource like this 20 years ago. Excellent listen - highly recommend.
