  • Scottish Rugby Wokecast

A weekly hour long discussion of the Scottish game. They can cover a lot of ground - mens, womens, pro teams, and Super 6. Preferred it when "Hands in the ruck" wasn't reserved for Patreons. • Good when it sticks to rugby

I'm a regular listener and enjoy the rugby analysis part of the podcast. I do tend to skip past the unnecessarily lengthy, meandering pre-ambles which go on for 10-15mins but that is easy enough to do. One pet peeve is host Cammy Black cramming in his culture war hobby horses, there are plenty of other podcasts on that stuff and its tiresome to find them being dragged up again and again, the review would've been a 5-star were it not for that.

  • Amateur hour

Sorry but it is like listening to two blokes at the pub (and sounds like it - get some better mics and jingles) No real depth to any discussion, the same tripe every week. Add into that their holier than thou views 🤷‍♂️
