  • Agentforce commercial

It used to be a great podcast. Now, it’s just an Agentforce commercial. Horrible path they have chosen. At TDX 25, Mike even expressed resentments towards everything at TDX moving towards Agentforce. Now, he seems to have sold out his own beliefs. You know what they say though, all good things must come to an end.

Q: Tell me more about the action columns and how they work with prompt templates and inline prompts.
Avi explains that Grid supports AI-based action columns that can run existing prompt templates and Agentforce agents, plus an AI column for inline prompts. How Agent Script Is Redefining the Admin Role
Q: What are the practical steps admins should take when upgrading or adopting the new builder?
Admins should start with new agents built in the new builder, avoid rushing a full port of old agents, and use Canvas mode to preview scripts while gradually learning Agent Script to improve future migrations.
How Agent Script Is Redefining the Admin Role
Q: Why didn't you just revise the old builder instead of starting completely new?
They explained that the old engine lacked a crucial connection to Agent Script and that the new builder enables real determinism and controlled human-in-the-loop AI, which just wouldn't be possible with incremental updates to the old system.

Q: John, I'd be curious, outside of the MyTrust Center, is there something fun that you like to do on the side?
