Just found this pod .. and love it. I sometimes find it hard to discipline myself to do fast sessions, intervals etc and this really helps. Like the appropriate use of music - anymore would be too much
So good. I’m only on day 2 but am excited for the sessions. I’m someone who always hated running but have always wanted to be a runner.
So far, I’m feeling good and loving this!
Something really novel, a running podcast where the host…runs! Don’t be discouraged by there being no music or the not-so-clear ep notes, these are workouts that just need trainers. I just did the HIIT one and it’s running intervals at your pace. No beats to tell you what you ‘should’ be running at, instead coaching to tune into your own body. Great stuff!
