Prefer the BBG on his own these days. Guests such as Tony Gosling, Truth Jihad et al have become pretty repetitive. There also seems to be very few phone-ins recently. Still love Richie’s humour and work ethic to cover all the latest.
Lessons in journalism.
A great podcast on so many levels. Thanks Richie.
Richie very critical of other podcasters….bordering on utter jealousy…same guests with same rhetoric being biggest independent blah blah blah….used to be good
Used to be interesting and worthy of the world’s most popular independent show.
These days, a constant diatribe of negativity about Israel going beyond bias into a repetitive boring rant. There is no balance. Come the pay wall, I amongst many others will be gone and it will be the left wing echo chamber so historically derided by Richie.

A provocative, personality-driven news show focused on current events, climate, health policy, and global politics through a skeptical, anti-establishment lens. Interviews with high-profile fringe, academic, and activist voices mix with monologues, live caller interactions, and sharp media critique. Listeners likely value independent perspectives, blunt critique of mainstream narratives, and a willingness to explore controversial topics in depth. A standout is the host's unapologetic, conversational style and a long-running, archive-rich format that often promotes alternative viewpoints and independent channels.
