Re-View #96: Special Edition - BT interviews Rockin' Randy
Q: How did the Goons storyline come about and what was your mindset during the initial push?
The Goons angle started as a practical solution when there was a need to fill spots and create compelling heels; I leaned into story-driven matches, stayed professional backstage, and fought to deliver strong performances week after week to keep the territory viable, even amid backstage tensions.

Q: What was going through your mind when you saw yourself on screen in that Miss Texas angle?
I was focused on learning and not overreacting; I remember Randy being told by Jerry Jarrett to handle the situation, and I tried to carry myself in a way that would earn respect while staying true to the kayfabe and getting the best possible reaction from the crowd.

Q: What stood out most to you about the episode's main promos and heat that night?
The panel highlighted how Ronnie Gossett's promo and Burt Prentice's angle drove significant heat, illustrating how backstage perceptions and kayfabe created a compelling, almost documentary-like tension that elevated the show beyond standard matches.
