Ep.106 Paddock & Punches
Q: What makes you think that you can be a boxer?
The speaker feels that he has the fundamentals down from past experiences and believes he can prepare well for a boxing match.
Ep. 85 Ft Josh Muckert
Q: Is there a certain cut that's better for doing the bacon, whether it is the beef, the pork, the chicken, the lamb?
Yep, so the lamb, hands down the leg, bone roller leg, cure it, rub it, perfect because it holds the moisture in that little bit of fat to it. The brisket on the beef is the same thing. It holds that moisture, holds the fat, cooks up well. For turkey, I go the thigh for the fat content in the thigh; breast is just dry.
Ep. 85 Ft Josh Muckert
Q: What do you find the biggest key to having a successful business is?
Biggest key would be customer service. You've got to have good customer service; if you don't have that, you don't have the customers walking in the door.
Ep.47 Ft Thomas Gitsham
Q: If you could give 18 year old you any advice, what would it be?
To not forget to make a life for yourself and enjoy youth while balancing work.
