He patiently explains everything giving you the knowledge to help make decisions about how nutrition and fitness can make a difference in your life. There are so many trends in health now that can harm you, l love that Jamie takes the time to tell you the pros and cons of new diets and products on the market. And as a bonus, he’s funny!
