Great!
I loved this! I was swept up in it from the beginning, and wish I could continue my journey with these extraordinary characters.
Joseph Conrad’s 1911 spy novel is reimagined through the eyes (and voice) of a modern-day woman. The adaptation is part mystery / part espionage with the main character hoping to solve a historical whodunnit that may implicate her ancestors. Brilliant.
Lol I can’t tell where the spy story ends and the soft core porn romance begins tbh it’s kinda gross
The voices intended to be clear were clear - ie the narrator and main characters. Loved it 😊
