Have always loved this poddy but especially so since entering motherhood with a child at home and the introduction of unfiltered and psychology mumma episodes. Informative, educational and delivered in a way that’s easy to digest 🤍
Thank you for discussing this attachment style, it has been so helpful!
I thought this podcast would be really interesting and it was, when it got to the point but oh my goodness, what a lot of chit chat about nothing before that. It was an hour long podcast with the two of them chatting about bin day and whatever. Boring.
Great podcasts I highly recommend especially if you are studying psychology or have an interest in psychology in general.
Gah! This episode was really informative and interesting! I loved learning about the neuroscience (and neurotransmitters at play w/ ADHD!) as a person with ADHD I also thought you captured the lived experience really well. Thanks for this episode!
