I had such a hard night with physical pain last night. It led to deep emotional pain. This afternoon I found this podcast. It really hit what I needed to hear. It’s weirdly beautiful to feel seen through an audio source. But when she stopped and focused on validating our invisible dis-ease, my tears began to flow. She had lovely insight.
