For over 15 years I suffered from chronic intractable migraines. At the end of my rope, I decided to try micro-dosing. It healed me in ways I could not predict, and one of the ways was that the universe brought me to this show. In some of the first episodes she speaks about mind body medicine, and those lessons, combined with her teachings on spirituality has led me on a 3 year journey of healing. I am so grateful for the wisdom that Sinclair has freely shared.
I love this podcast so much. Sinclair shares such profound wisdom with unabashed vulnerability and humor. I get SO much value out of every episode!
I had such a hard night with physical pain last night. It led to deep emotional pain. This afternoon I found this podcast. It really hit what I needed to hear. It’s weirdly beautiful to feel seen through an audio source. But when she stopped and focused on validating our invisible dis-ease, my tears began to flow. She had lovely insight. And… My day got brighter. I am grateful.
Sinclair’s podcast is so witty, insightful and raw in the BEST way. She has such a refreshing voice and offers so much increcibly interesting and important information. I love the way she synthesizes and integrates what she has witnessed, experienced, studied and collected on her journey. Her point of view is so unique and important on topics that many are covering now - this show is so needed! Amazing guests too!!
Sinclair is tone of the best podcast hosts I have come across. Her wisdom is grounded in her own experience and she communicates with such ease.
This show helps me get back in touch with myself.
All of her resources and recommendations are also on point.

The show centers on turning spiritual experiences and altered states into practical, embodied living. Across episodes, topics include psychedelic integration, nervous system wisdom, nature and earth-based healing, leadership in service of community, and ways to avoid quick fixes by embracing ongoing practice, accountability, and social support. A key thread is the critique of guru culture and the wellness-industrial complex, with an emphasis on embodiment, responsibility, and sustainable transformation through community and ritual. Noteworthy is the blend of personal storytelling, actionable guidance, and invitations to participate in retreats and group work to deepen change beyond insights alone.
