About the only podcast I’ve consistently listened to since discovering podcasts. Simple format but deep conversations that I leave richer for.
Not only is this a brilliantly executed pod sky a wonderful host, but it’s also tackling some really important issues. For me this is a perfect use of the medium of podcasting.
Tom has had guests from all different fields on. Discussing their different journeys and experiences with mental health and how they navigated it. As well as offering some useful tools to add to your own mental health toolbelt. Armed with passion and knowledge of mental health. As well as hands on experience with mental health struggles making it easier to relate each episode.
Fantastic host with a very open and balanced perspective on all things mental health related. Raw at times but addressed with great compassion and infused throughout with friendliness and humour. Brilliant!
