  • Real, Raw, and Ready to Move

This was my episode—“FarmFitMomma brings you Nutrition to Building a Healthier Life”—and even I replayed it. No fluff. Just real talk about taking action, not waiting for perfect. Whether you’re grinding in the gym, behind a desk, or in a tractor cab, this message is your green light to move.

Are Imported Pears Crushing California’s Bartlett Crop? - Fresh From the Field Fridays
Q: And it's very crucial right now that people understand what's going on. So why don't you give us a little overall on the situation?
The industry has seen a dramatic rise in imported Argentine pears in the pipeline, which reduces shelf space and makes it harder for California pears to reach consumers. Over the last decade imports from Argentina have doubled, and last year they even surpassed California production in volume, while price changes have been minimal. This puts pressure on domestic producers who face higher costs and are competing with cheaper import fruit.
