*Notes on Directing* Long form conversations with some of today's most compelling film directors. The Process / Dispatch isn't your typical press tour interview, it's a deep dive into the granular elements and the highs and lows of bringing your first feature film to life. Season One: 001 - The Daniels [Everything Everywhere All at Once, Swiss Army Man] 002 - Bassam Tariq [Mogul Mowgli, Blade] 003... more

Beautifully done. I’ve always been impressed with your attention to conversation and how you have drawn out depth that would normally be passed over. I will continue to enjoy hearing people speak about their passion for creating and the stories behind the process.
Honest, insightful and revealing. The first interview alone will have me thinking and processing for weeks.
Ryan is a deep thinker and it is what makes him an excellent director and conversationalist. I think there is something inherently encouraging about Ryan's work and that includes this podcast. It is deep and substantive. Very excited for what the future holds.
Been a fan of Ryan’s for a while, and so I was stoked to see he started a podcast. His interview with the Daniels is chock full of gems, spurred on by meaningful questions that Ryan asks.
