As an avid triathlete (albeit an older one), and avid podcast listener, I found this shows to be tremendously helpful. The wealth of knowledge between the two house is incredible. I particularly like how they are up to date on cutting edge techniques, but also provide personal perspectives on each topic. I will soon embark on the RunForm journey and can’t wait to see the results.
Matt and Bobby are clearly world class coaches and you can tell when they get to talking on this podcast. They do a great job of bringing up advanced ideas they’re applying to their elite athletes and then breaking them down so that a runner at any level can benefit from them.

Huge fan of this podcast! Extremely informative as it walks you through the perspective of many amazing athletes. This podcast is not strictly for athletes only, as many of the lessons that are brought to the table apply to all aspects of life. The podcast is very entertaining by bringing the listener through the stories of many professional athletes!
