I love this podcast and look forward to listening each week. Danielle’s voice is calming and she feels like a friend giving advice I need to hear. She breaks each episode/topic down into actionable steps which I love. It’s also the perfect length for a busy mom.
It all started when I listened to one of my first podcast “listens” ever on a Peace Mind Podcast episode about Exquisite Self Care. What I learned in just that episode, about myself, was invaluable — essentially that when we feel good, we show up for our lives that much better. Also that Instacart is part of my self care LOL!
