  • Awesome resource!!

Great podcast! I appreciate the insight, transparency, and broad subject matter of this podcast. I’ve learned just as much from this podcast (if not more) as I have from my ortho “buddies” are often willing to disclose.

  • Mostly good

Most episodes are good, sometimes (more recently) it slips to marketing pitch for a product, and I don’t think it’s that settle when host is an investor in that product.

Fractional Executives: The Growth Hack for Orthodontists w/ Zach Nathan
Q: When should an orthodontic practice consider a fractional CMO instead of a full-time hire?
A fractional CMO is ideal when a practice needs strategic marketing leadership and coordination across multiple channels but cannot justify a full-time marketing executive. It's about having one senior, strategic thinker who can align branding, website, content, and campaigns while staying flexible to scale up or down as the practice evolves.
Fractional Executives: The Growth Hack for Orthodontists w/ Zach Nathan
Q: What exactly is a fractional C-suite and how does it differ from hiring a full-time executive?
A fractional C-suite is a part-time, high-level executive arrangement where leaders come in for a few days a week to provide strategic direction, governance, and hands-on leadership. This model is more affordable for smaller, growing practices and can be tailored to fit the company's needs, with a focus on immediate impact and a clear transition path as the business grows.
The Future of Ortho – On Demand Orthodontist (ODO) Technology w/ Dr. Alyssa ┃Greatest Hits
Q: What does ODO actually do for orthodontists and their patients?
ODO provides end-to-end delegation of treatment records, plans, and setups, plus remote monitoring and a dashboard for the practice, enabling clinicians to focus more on growth and less on routine administrative tasks.
The Future of Ortho – On Demand Orthodontist (ODO) Technology w/ Dr. Alyssa ┃Greatest Hits
Q: You're an avid Spark user, right? And you've spoken for the company, correct?
Alyssa discusses why Spark speaks to her team, highlighting better ease of use, fewer friction points than other brands, and the way the platform integrates with their practice workflow to reduce burnout and improve patient understanding.
Orthodontics Under Pressure: Lessons From Israel w/Dr. Jon Paley
Q: What is the biggest difference about running a practice in Israel versus running a practice in the United States?
The guest explains that practice delegation is more restricted in Israel, with staff having fewer duties; hygienists can perform certain tasks that assistants cannot, which requires the clinician to be more hands-on and involved in treatment planning.
