Loved this episode, as I have struggled with this idea of unionizing. Thank you for asking these. Clarifying questions. I walk away being more on the side of unions than I was before. Appreciate an open discussion.
Nate’s podcasting style is unique in that he really listens and asks questions that benefit the audience. I normally find myself turning off podcasts because the host doesn’t really respond to the content of the conversation, but seems to just be waiting so they can hear themselves talk! I also appreciate that Nate is willing to acknowledge perspectives that aren’t necessarily in vogue, or the most popular because they go against the grain. Thank you Nate!
Super informational and overall a great listen :)
