Latest commenter had a hard time unsubscribing to site's payments. Not sure the issue but people should know its actually incredibly easy to manage payment options via the site. I cant say enough about the greatness of this site. The flexibility to study what interests you at a particular time is fantastic. The site only gets better with time, and its clear they put a lot of work into it.

I subscribed to Chinese Pod at $29.99 since September 2015 I have tried to unsubscibe and discontinue subscription. Fnally I had to turn over to Keybank fraud division and after months able to stop automatic withdrawls from my bank account in April 2016. This really pu an economic hardship on me. They at Chinesepod were pretty unresponsive. Stated they could not find my account to discontinue it! Funny they knew were to withdraw money from.
