I love this episode and topic cause I have had ADHD since I was 9 years old(3rd grade). And I got diagnosed with PCOS at 18 years old. Some of symptoms for both overlap or make each one worse. Brain fog, “bored eating”, and being disciplined. I agree that there isn’t much adult content for ADHD.
Although I don’t know Sam personally, every week I feel like the podcast is made specifically for me and my experience with food, health, and PCOS. After 10 years since being diagnosed (and having it for at least 10 years before that), it is still a challenge for me to manage my symptoms. Although I know there is no cure or magic one solution for everyone, Sam and her podcast make me feel less alone and give me a new perspective on my strong, capable, beautiful body!
Sam is such a blessing to the PCOS community. She is a passionate advocate and I’m so appreciative of her knowledge and support. This podcast is so helpful and easy to digest.
