best way to keep up with Austin FC’s roster and news
I have listened to all the local Austin FC based podcasts, and the NE is the absolute best. Without a doubt, the Verde are well represented by numerous excellent outlets but these guys are in a separate class. They bring appropriate levels of nerd-dome, best friend vibes, and fan frenzy. You don’t want to miss this podcast.

Two Austin FC-focused hosts deliver high-energy, opinionated breakdowns of matches, rosters, and league context, with a strong emphasis on tactical analysis, lineup decisions, and postgame fan chatter. Across episodes they blend game notes, lighthearted banter, and community updates (Patreon, Discord, merch) to create a raw, fan-centric perspective on the Verde & Black, often weighing coaching choices, roster moves, and growing pains against optimism for a playoff push. A standout trait is the long-running diary-like approach paired with frequent guest-appearance-free analysis, plus a willingness to lean into humor and candid critiques, which can feel like a community briefing from two season-ticket holders in Section 123.
