I’ve only just found this podcast but I’m going back and listening to all the episodes and finding it very useful. The episodes aren’t long so they don’t feel like a big investment to listen to one. I also find Helen’s voice very comforting and there’s lots of advice that is actual practical and doable.
Helen is a business coach who helps listeners smash through mindset blocks that are holding them back. The world feels a lot clearer and more manageable to me after listening to an episode.

These podcasts are like a hug. A 15 minute cuddle. Helens voice is so reassuring calming and comforting.
If you’re having a bad day, listening to Helen’s voice I immediately feel comforted.

Love these podcasts! Such inspired, straight talking, honest and fun. A variety of subjects always covered which are so true to life with some thought provoking questions for yourself. It’s like having a good natter with a great friend who tells you like it is (and it’s not always easy) but is there to support and lift you up. Perfect to listen to when out on a nature walk with the pup. Thanks Helen x
