  • What a great resource!

    I learned about Mary a year so ago in a birth doula continuing ed class with 4th Trimester Fitness Method. In my almost 9 years as a birth doula, I have only had a few babies with NICU stays, but I wish this existed years ago so I could go back and better support some of those families.
