  • Progressive extremism

Let’s face it, aside from the diehard progressives, there’s no other content for anyone else on the show. In an era where more and more Americans are waking up to the dangerous, destructive nature of progressive policies, this show does nothing to bridge the gap to any other persuasion. There’s a lot of anger and depression here and guests, while informative, are generally pretty boring so at least limit the time they have. Shows with regular guest appearances are out dated and have been for a ... more

I love the way you never give up, even when I do. You give me a reason to go on. My daughter, wonderful son- in- law and two grandsweeties are going to actually starve if we don’t get one of them a job soon. Xmas is canceled. But you give me hope somehow. Thank you for being there.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Get Your Religious Lies Out of My US History | Jonathan Larsen on Trump's Freedom 250 Propaganda Trucks
Q: What is the core problem with the Freedom 250 truck tour as described by the guest?
The guest argues that the tour cherry-picks historical facts, foregrounds Christian nationalist themes, and rewrites foundational events to fit a political narrative, thereby disinformation rather than education.
To Dylan or Not to Dylan? Variety's Chris Willman Joins Me to talk Music that Heals
Q: What makes Bob Dylan's current tour distinct from his earlier runs?
Wilman explains that Dylan's current tours are more clearly themed and often include fewer traditional crowd-pleasers, with songs chosen to fit a narrative arc or message, and audience expectations are met or challenged accordingly.
Rigged Maps, Money, a Military in Chaos & an American Who Got Out
Q: If you had to put Dave Johnson's message into an elevator pitch, what would you say about taxing the rich?
The essence is that all major operations should contribute to taxes and that the wealthy must be held accountable to reduce the overpowering influence of money in politics and fund essential public services.
The Law, The Lies and The Lisa Graves
Q: How has redistricting historically evolved to affect political power, particularly in Texas and Virginia?
Graves outlines the rise of partisan/redistricting strategies tied to the 2010 red map initiative, the role of the Roberts Court in allowing maps that dilute minority influence, and the ongoing battles over fairness in district drawing.
The Law, The Lies and The Lisa Graves
Q: What is the current status of Supreme Court opinions versus decisions on the day of announcements?
Graves explains that many lines are described as opinions or decisions depending on the context, and she emphasizes the partisan framing and long-term impact on governance and Congress' role.
