  • “sort of”? “kind of”?

    The topics are interesting, but I listened to 3 episodes (Virtual Leadership, Officism, and Languishing Leaders) and was continually bothered by the excessive use of the words “sort of” or “kind of” by experts who continually diminished their own expertise by using these qualifiers. The host Chris Nelson as well as Vince Molinaro and Sonia Kang were the main perpetrators.
