This podcast verbalizes the unease of where tech is taking us. While I don’t always align with the positions, they are always well thought out and articulated.

The masses go along with the spoon fed reality that is working less everyday. Do yourself a favor, have a listen, take a think, and engage where you find some truths. Personally, it ... more

  • Can’t wait for the next episode

This podcast helps make sense of the very strange times in which we live. Gil Duran is doing some really good and much needed journalism, shining a light on the power dynamics emerging from Silicon Valley which is affecting (infecting?) our body politic. I look forward to new episodes.

Gil Duran is doing THE most important investigative journalism I know of today. He needs to become a household name! Listen, read and subscribe, but also SPREAD THE WORD. We cannot allow our democracy to be taken over my these megalomaniacs.

The Woman Who Predicted Tech Fascism — Paulina Borsook Was Right
Q: What message do you have for journalists to build a new kind of journalism that won't be fooled again?
Journalists should focus on challenging power and maintain their outsider perspective rather than seek access.
The Woman Who Predicted Tech Fascism — Paulina Borsook Was Right
Q: How do you explain this contradiction of tech elite wanting to dismantle the government while benefiting from it?
They lack awareness of the government's contributions to their success and only see perceived incompetence.
The Woman Who Predicted Tech Fascism — Paulina Borsook Was Right
Q: How did you become a writer, and how did you fall into the world of tech?
After suffering a traumatic brain injury, I found joy in tech documentation, leading me to become involved in technology journalism.
Project 2025, Silicon Valley & the Tech's War on Democracy | The Nerd Reich Podcast Mailbag
Q: What is the end game for the tech elites and how will it affect the average citizen?
Brooke describes the end game as feudalism where the wealthy extract resources without regard for those beneath them, leading to societal collapse.
Mark Zuckerberg’s $300M Doomsday Fortress: Bunkers, Burial Grounds & Big Tech’s Apocalypse Plan
Q: Taylor, given your coverage of tech and tech culture, what do you make of this survivalist doomsday mindset among tech executives in general?
It shows a lack of faith in their own visions. If they believe in the techno-utopian future they're selling, why would they opt out of it by building bunkers?
