This is a really approachable, insightful, uplifting podcast! My favourite to date has been was with the author of ‘A Well Gardened Mind.’ This conversation really helped me understand why I love getting out into the garden, and why I persist with it. I especially appreciate how First Nations voices are prioritised and more-than-human subjects are explored. As someone who works in the environment movement, I often find it hard to engage in enviro podcasts outside of work - care fatigue can be real at times - and I seek to buffer myself from that to avoid burnout.
