I was (and still am) overwhelmed with it comes to feeding my first baby solids. I’m glad I stumbled upon this podcast and Edwina gives such easy, clear and non-judgmental advice. I feel better already about starting solids with my son. Highly recommend season 3 ep. 69 if you feel overwhelmed like I do.
You are so sweet, confident and I love your tips! Thank you for all the advice and tricks!

I wish I found you sooner but definitely so happy I found you so I can be more confident with my next little one, 13 weeks along ... more
Edwena’s podcast and Baby Led Feeding courses have been so helpful for me and my baby. She provides her knowledge and expertise in a way that is easy to understand and follow. Her material comes from experience, and she uses the the most up to date research evidence. I love that whenever I need to I can refer back to her course for help with preparing foods, and my baby has become such a great little eater because of it! THANK YOU EDWENA! :)
Love the episodes on purées VS BLW and also the super seeds. Very informative!
