  • Difficulty Hearing the Podcast

As much as I like the interviewers, I have a hard time hearing them as the recording volume is low despite turning the volume on high. I wish they would think of their viewers with hearing loss.

  • I love this podcast, BUT…

I love this podcast! It’s always so interesting to hear the hosts and the guests discussing events and anecdotes related to the monarchy. I was especially keen on listening to the special episode with guest, Robert Hardman. Unfortunately the episode was made significantly less enjoyable because of the amount of jarring commercials that seemed to occur every two minutes! I realize it was an abbreviated episode, but please be considerate to your listeners and not shoehorn in these irritating co... more

  • Meghan

You forgot to mention that Meghan invited herself to fashion week.

She was on verbal repeat at the DC Fortune outing - we have heard her word salad soooooo many times before.

What about the empty chairs- not a packed room. Let’s say it how it really is.

Q: How did you feel when your boss told you about the meeting to bring Diana to The Carlyle?
I was terrified, fearing we might not keep it a secret, but the plan was executed smoothly and professionally.
Love, Secrets and Spies: Insights From The Man Who Served as William, Harry and Kate’s Right Hand Man
Q: How did your own experiences with the royal family influence the portrayal of Princess Diana and the Duchess of Cambridge era?
My time with the Princes and later the Duchess of Cambridge informed a respect for duty and privacy, shaping how I portray their challenges and humanity while ensuring the story remains rooted in accuracy and sensitivity.
Love, Secrets and Spies: Insights From The Man Who Served as William, Harry and Kate’s Right Hand Man
Q: What did you want to emphasize in telling a love story rather than a traditional war narrative?
I always wanted to tell a love story because, despite the war backdrop and the military experiences, the human connections and emotional stakes give the narrative its heart and make the history feel personal and enduring.
Kate vs Meghan? The Royal Story Everyone Has Wrong
Q: What surprised you most in writing this book about royal women?
I was surprised by how little had actually changed in some core dynamics, and how attitudes toward these women seem to be driven as much by media narratives and cultural wars as by their actions, which taught me to question what we think we know about them.
The Queen’s Final Years & Untold Stories
Q: What was she really like as a person beyond the public image?
She was sharp, curious, and incredibly capable of catching people out with questions, yet she maintained a calm, almost unflustered presence that underscored her role as a stabilizing figure.
