The 2/24/21 episode was so refreshing and helpful! It was like you were in my brain knowing how I feel about productivity and contributions. Thank you so much for your openness and sharing your experiences! —A fellow MS Gym Athlete (I love the sound of that!)

Anything BUT motivational. The first couple episodes I listened to were just some guy yelling at me. Was going to just unsubscribe and delete the podcast but happened to click on another episode that actually was informative, with a different host, and not abrasive. I’ll stick around but will auto delete any of those “motivation” episodes.
MS gym is very informative! However, Damien is very extra and kind of annoying. Keep up the good work in keeping us informed.
