I listen to several of these types of shows, probably too many. But Brian, with his real world experience and balanced approach to this stuff is one of the best out there.
Many shows that deal with the proper movement and being prepared or in doing more with less focus on fear. This one doesn’t.
Instead, Brian focuses on ways to think about what you’re doing before you do it, to do things intentionally with a plan and logically. He teaches you how to think through the problem and understand what your emotions are doing and how that affects the behavior you display.
