  • Equal Speaking Time

I am compelled to write review to ask why Marina is given little speaking time. Her questions are few and far between but are so much better than that of David's. I hope that David gives Marina more speaking time. David, can improve his questioning style, too. Have the Q's prepared and take turns asking them.

  • I’m a small scale developer & love the podcast

I’ve listened to a ton of your podcast and I really enjoy some of the interviews, although I do feel like they could be more specific and dive in divorce specific case studies of architecture projects that the practitioners have worked upon. That being said, I’ve learned a lot about concepts of good design, distinction between interior design and architecture, avoiding trendsand so on. As a small scale real estate developer, I would love to see you guys interview some real estate developers, but... more

  • Saying what we are all thinking

As an architect, it’s incredibly refreshing to hear other practitioners simply tell it like it is. They are right on and their guests are fantastic and so full of insight.

  • Topic of a podcast?

Hi! I absolutely love your podcast! I was wondering if you could deep dive into emotions and architecture and designing for the narrative/poetry? What projects do you think was a good representation of this? I have listened to the past podcasts about this but would love an updated one!!

Q: What is your favorite building?
I would just lump all of Bruce Goff's work into that one category there.

The Shift House offers not just basic plans, but a fully considered design tailored to the needs of clients, unlike the more generic offerings from plans.com.
#461 - Buying Plans Online vs Hiring An Architect

They have conservation biologists and cultural landscape historians on staff that research the biodiversity and cultural history of the site before starting any design.
