  • Insulting fat people

I tend to agree with you on most things, even on fatness. But I detest the glib disdain you are now showing for fat people , the way Matt Walsh does. It’s uncharitable and driving real resentment. Again everyone knows it’s unhealthy and doesn’t look good, but if you are if you have contempt for me, why should I be on your side?

  • 2 ads for plan B during the episode

Loyal listener. Yesterday there were two ads for Plan B on the Bill Maher episode. Really hoping this was a mistake…

  • Debates and Conversations

You need to debate/have important conversations with people on the right who disagree on israel/iran war/charlie issues. I feel like you could give a good, fair middle ground, help folks come to understandings and help keep the trump 2024 coalition together

  • Slay Michael 💅

Enjoyed this episode thoroughly. I think it’s quite comical how Michael reads into everything like it has a political and spiritual meaning and I appreciate it but also don’t necessarily think people are mourning the death of America as they knew it… Also, the reason there are plan b and other very evil and leftist ads is because it’s Apple Podcasts and app is quite liberal🙁

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Ep. 2048 - Trump Ranks the Best American Presidents
Q: Given the evolving political landscape, what makes a president effective beyond ideology?
The host argues that effectiveness comes from wielding power wisely within constitutional bounds, shaping policy while maintaining institutional norms, rather than pursuing pure ideology.
Ep. 2050 - Trump Secures Huge Win In The Supreme Court
Q: Can we deport SNICO or Hassan Piker, and is there any real legal path to do so?
Trump cannot deport Hassan Piker due to birthright citizenship, and SNICO's citizenship status is unclear; deportation would require citizenship status or other legal grounds, and in Hasan's case prosecution is possible for crimes mentioned, but deportation isn't straightforward.
Friendly Fire: AOC's 2028 Dating Game & WNBA's What is a Woman Debate
Q: What is your stance on the WNBA inclusion debate, and how does that reflect broader political strategy?
Tafoya and the hosts discuss the tension between inclusion and competitive integrity in sports, weighing political pragmatism against moral arguments in public policy.
Friendly Fire: AOC's 2028 Dating Game & WNBA's What is a Woman Debate
Q: What happened in your primary and who are you running against in the Minnesota Senate race?
Tafoya explains overcoming establishment opposition, winning broad county support, and contrasts her campaign with the opponent Peggy Flanagan and the broader political landscape in Minnesota.
Friendly Fire: AOC's 2028 Dating Game & WNBA's What is a Woman Debate
Q: Michele, how are you feeling about the midterms right now?
I'm cautiously optimistic but acknowledge the race dynamics, the redistricting, and the importance of messaging that contrasts common sense with what the opposing side represents.
