  • Well worth a listen

I listen to this podcast on my commute and whilst running. It’s very informative and bringing people from the metal industry together more. There is a variety of business people from various parts of the industry as well, which is good to get different perspectives.

  • A must listen for metal industry professionals

I’m not normally a fan of podcasts, but have been converted by The Metal Guys… easy listening yet packed full of quality insights from people IN the industry (rather than ‘thought leaders’ commenting ON industry).

Q: What are Digital Product Passports (DPPs) and why are they being introduced in the EU?
DPPs are digital labels attached to products that store extensive information about the product's life cycle, enabling easier reuse, repair, and recycling, and increasing transparency for actors across the value chain. They are being introduced to support circularity and environmental goals, with phased adoption beginning with specific categories like batteries and eventually steel and aluminum.
