I’ve been listening to Chris & Justin for almost a year now and TME has become something that I thoroughly look forward to each week. They’re both passionate about the music we love, covering both current and classic releases. It’s fun to interact with them on the social media front as well, because you feel like you know them after listening to numerous episodes! Lol more
This is exactly what I want from a metal review podcast - two guys who are obviously so passionate and knowledgeable about the subject discussing a different album every week. As someone whose tastes skew more European, who is still rather disheartened that many European bands do not get their due in the American metal scene, I further find it refreshing that they regularly discuss releases from genres like Power Metal, Symphonic Metal, and Folk Metal. This show truly rocks! Chris and Justin lead with their genuine passion for all things metal, and cover a wide range of bands new and old week after week, offering unique insights, personal experiences and enough off the wall tidbits to earn you some points in your next game of Trivial Pursuit: Metal Edition. These guys live and breathe this music, and their excitement is palpable. As a somewhat casual metal fan over the last 25 years, this show has helped me revisit some of my favorite albums ... more
If you want to get excited about listening to metal or maybe an album you aren’t familiar with, this podcast is great! Their love for metal and music is general is fun to listen to and has encouraged me to listen to bands I may not have given the time to before. Keep up the great work!
These 2 guys know their stuff. They're vast knowledge and excitement surrounding the metal community is pretty amazing. They know what they're talking about and get right into the meat and potatos of the songs and albums they talk about. The excitement and enthusiasm they show really stand out for the song they review. A really fun listen to anyone who loves metal or rock music. Keep up the great work guys!!
