I’ve been listening to a variety of health/mental health/well being podcasts for several years now, The Lonely Hour perfectly fills that space inside of me that’s been seeking relatable, down to earth, honest and vulnerable content in the well-being/mental health space. I’m blown away by how much the stories on loneliness, boundaries and attachment issues are relatable to me. I’ve only started listening recently and I just can’t get enough.
