I like the topic. However, I found it too slow in the beginning and too fast when eventually it got interesting. It ended right when it started to resonate with me.
I’ve been listening to a variety of health/mental health/well being podcasts for several years now, The Lonely Hour perfectly fills that space inside of me that’s been seeking relatable, down to earth, honest and vulnerable content in the well-being/mental health space.
