I've been listening to the lively show for more than 8 months. I look forward to listening to Jess's adventures, and interviews. Jess seems like a beautiful person who is spreading love, knowledge and kindness in the world. This podcast has changed my outlook on life and inspired me so much. I LOVE the lively show. 💛
I’ve listened since the beginning and always find nuggets of wisdom that pull me towards something bigger. Big shout out to the new Bella Lively website with the guided meditations! I’ve done inner voice sessions and have had difficulty really dialing in to things. These guided meditations really took me to a peaceful place at a relaxed pace and I felt immediate relief. Will be listening often and highly recommend!
I was trawling through episodes and found one with Brooke Castillo from 2018 #270. I hope that Jess has grown since this. So argumentative and desperate to quote Abraham to prove a point so much so that the explanations made no sense and were so complicated that it was ridiculous. I would be looking to people like Brooke who make things so simple instead of using scientific jargon to woo woo-splain something that it’s clear you haven’t achieved.
I’ve been binge listening and am in awe. Thank you!
When I reflect back on just how much my life has changed for the better since I started listening to The Lively Show, I am absolutely floored. I first stumbled across Jess’ podcast in June 2021, and the amount of personal growth and expansion I have experienced since digging into the concepts she covers and doing inner voice / bean bag work is mind blowing. So grateful for this powerful show!
