The new year is treated like a reset button — as if your body, energy, and history are supposed to magically start over overnight.
But your energy doesn't reset on January 1.
In this episode, I talk about why there is no "right" way to begin, why... more
This year, I didn't hustle. I returned.
I returned to how my energy actually works. I returned to how my mind processes. I returned to timing instead of pressure. And I returned to showing up in ways that don't cost me my health.

Let’s be clear: this is not just another human design podcast.
Yes, Naomi speaks fluent charts and types—but what she’s really doing is pulling back the curtain on what it means to live in alignment without the aesthetic fluff or spiritual jargon.
Every episode drops something quietly revolutionary.
You’ll hear her decode why certain habits stick (and why others never will), what burnout actually looks like through a design lens, and how to reverse-engineer a life that feels like yours—not someo... more
I highly recommend this show! You get to learn so much on here!
I love all things human design so I found her while researching and realized that she spoke about so many things that I resonate with !
I’m sure this podcast has potential for amazing content, but I just can’t get over the terrible quality. The echoes, the straining to hear and the poor patch ins of guest speakers make this sound like it’s being recorded with two cans and a string. And unfortunately it’s more work to try and process what’s being said than actually being able to absorb and enjoy the content.
Not interested in human design and I hope Naomi chooses some new topics soon! The show used to be so interesting. (I did have a reading and it didn’t resonate with me… not dissing those who find something useful in it…)
