I just came across this podcast and have binged all 38 episodes! Steve’s approach to storytelling is calm and inviting. You can tell a lot of work and research goes into each episode, and his delivery makes you feel like you are lifelong friends sitting in a cozy café just casually talking about the Protestant Reformation. I wish more episodes would be uploaded! It seems like there has been a long pause, with no activity the past year and a half. There is still much more to explore about Martin ... more

Excellent research and presentation! It’s a treasure trove of history about the politics, religion and philosophical of the times leading up to and around the reformation. Enjoyable for many reasons.
My son was studying Martin Luther at school and I found your podcast to research it with him. I found out so much more than I had hoped.
