Q: What do you see as the three pillars of leadership and how do you apply them in this Dublin/Galway context?
The three pillars are business and customers, people, and technology. The core is listening to customers, listening to people to empower and nurture them, and continuously learning and applying technology to enable growth and better outcomes.

Q: Tell us about the role and why you moved to PayPal.
PayPal's scale and the breadth of problems it solves—with a focus on risk management and enabling secure, frictionless commerce—drew me to the company, and Ireland specifically offers a strong talent ecosystem for expanding data science and AI capabilities.

Q: Tell me a little bit about where the Cork operations are these days and any new developments.
Cork is one of Apple's largest campuses outside the US. The site has grown from a single building to a full campus, with a new facility housing around 1,300 people and a plan to open a permanent Dublin office to house about 300 people, all aimed at strengthening Apple's European footprint and culture.
