I purposefully listen to Connect Back In while I’m walking alone outside so I can pay the most attention and really soak in the messages. Through Morgan’s heartwarming life stories (I have teared-up more than once <3), everything always comes back around to the basic reminders to slow down, practice gratitude, and truly believe that life is meant to be ENJOYED and isn’t *supposed* to be hard….which are all things we easily forget when our lives get busy!
