A great podcast with the impossible task of fact checking Rogan and his guests! A multigenerational undertaking but I’m glad they’ve made a start.
If you have an interest in the truth, facts in general and a little accountability then give it a listen.
As a long time skeptic, this is quality content and a relevant window into a highly influential podcast and source of misinformation in our culture.
I like the show, it’s interesting and informative. The only problem is that, like most podcasts nowadays it punishes those who can’t afford to become a patron. I know they will say they are rewarding those who support, but it really feels like it’s putting the better content behind a paywall. Saying it’s not a paywall is bloody stupid. If KF RIP) and louder than crowder can do it so can you. Your show is good enough that people will support it regardless of getting rewarded. You are just penalis... more
One of the most thoughtful and well researched podcasts out right now. 10/10 I recommend.
Very informative and helps me be more skeptical in all of my media consumption. I appreciate Marshall’s recent effort to talk in a more neutral voice when he is exasperated. I understand the frustration but find his points are far better received when he’s coming from a regulated place. Going to become a patreon soon.

A critical, data-driven analysis show that routinely dissects widely discussed Joe Rogan interviews. Hosts push back on sensational claims, call out cherry-picked data, and ground conversations in evidence across science, technology, politics, and culture. The format often features rapid fact-check toolbox moments, debates about media framing, and a willingness to challenge both guests and Rogan's narrative while keeping the discussion accessible for informed listeners who want clearer takes on controversial topics. Noteworthy are the rigorous debunking approach, the emphasis on receipts and methodology, and the way debates weave in media dynamics and public discourse. This makes it useful for listeners who want to understand the mechanics ... more
