I adore Joy and I adore this podcast! She has the most beautiful way of explaining things so you can implement them into your everyday life right away! There is no one way to do life and Joy helps you learn how to trust yourself so you can do life your way! She is so kind, supportive and inspiring. Each episode is a much listen.

Joy and her teaching from a perspective of someone who has walked through the dark side of growth and relationships, she is so relatable and engaging. The fact that she has found, and now teaches. Working through a lot of childhood trauma at the moment and I find that Joy’s teachings and messages have been hitting notes right when I need them. I think it’s easy to get bogged down on your healing journey with “fixing yourself” and the yoga psychology principles Joy talks about offers and inspiring perspective that everything we need is already inside of us. Highly recommend! 💛

Joy Stone’s podcast is great and hits the mark every week about what I need/want to hear. Joy weaves together yoga philosophy,spirituality, mindset, and life lessons in an interesting and real way. She shares some of her background which is inspiring, and makes the journey toward wholeness seem available no matter where we start. I found myself taking notes so I can remember key pertinent points applicable in my own life. I’m really looking forward to more wisdom and future podcasts.

This podcast is so relatable! Joy speaks in such a way that appeals to me on a deep emotional level. I love listening to her talk on my way to work, because it starts my day off on a positive and uplifting note. Every time I turn it on, I hear exactly what I need to hear and feel motivated to let go of fear as I begin my day! It’s truly inspiring!!

That’s what I feel when I listen to a Joy Stone podcast. She is so sincere about opening up about her past, where it took her and the healthy life she is living today. I love how she uses the yoga philosophy in a way that is heartfelt and easy to understand. I too went through yoga teacher training.
